## Be ready for your next government cleaning bid.

RebidWire is in development for janitorial contractors in Dallas–Fort Worth. We’re bringing together contract terms, renewal options, named vendors and reported award amounts to help you decide which opportunities are worth pursuing.

## Before you put time into a bid, know:

- Who was awarded the work?
- What amount and term does the public record state?
- Which renewal options could affect the timing?

For example, a [Dallas council record](https://cityofdallas.legistar.com/LegislationDetail.aspx?G=FA9AD36F-9FB5-4633-8A99-4487E4A1114C&GUID=5E1FF9B1-921C-46E3-B8A1-F6CC9AC9EDAF&ID=8069226&Options=&Search=) names Ambassador Services LLC for citywide janitorial work, with a stated term ending June 23, 2031 and two one-year renewal options. Those details help explain the contract’s timeline. They do not establish when another bid will open.

## Signup and privacy limits

This is an email waitlist, not a launched contract-search product. The server validates the email and bounds requests. New and duplicate signup responses are generic and do not prove email delivery. An unsubscribed address is not reactivated by resubmitting. The reviewed production confirmation includes a private token-based opt-out link and requires the configured provider and database migration; existing records receive no backfill. The current deployed [privacy page](https://rebidwire.com/privacy) governs its data flows. No analytics or cookies are enabled by default.

The loopback local preview accepts synthetic addresses only, stores them locally and sends no email. It is separate from production.
